Joanne Budde,
President

Joanne Budde
has been President of Consumer Credit Counseling Service of San
Francisco since 1991. Joanne has over twenty-five years management
experience in the credit industry. For over eight years, she worked
in a variety of management positions for a national retailer;
and she has worked in Consumer Relations and Operations Management
for Experian and Trans Union - two of the three major credit
reporting agencies.
Because of her
extensive background in credit, Joanne has been regularly featured
on television, radio and call-in programs, and has been interviewed
by a number of magazines and newspapers, including the Wall Street
Journal and the New York Times.
Joanne holds
a B.A. degree in Applied Behavioral Sciences from National-Louis
University, Evanston, Illinois.
Ren
Magat, Vice President

Ren is recognized
as a leader in the credit counseling industry for his abilities
to develop and implement technology. He regularly serves on committees
and task forces to assist other agencies in streamlining processes
and workflows. He is frequently contacted by vendors, consultants,
and creditors for his insight and analysis. Ren is directly responsible
for enabling the dynamic growth of the San Francisco CCCS agency
from the 30th largest agency in 1991; to the 4th largest agency
in 2000.
Prior to joining
CCCS, Ren worked for Trans Union in Sales Support/Technical Support;
and worked for Experian (then TRW) as Consumer Relations Supervisor
for two years. He also has over eight years' experience in retail
management.
Rick Harper,
Vice President of Program Services

Before being
promoted to Vice President of Program Services in 2002, Rick Harper
began his career at CCCS of San Francisco in 1994 as Director of
Housing. He was formerly associated with Pacific Coast Savings
of San Francisco as Executive Vice President, Chief Lending Officer,
and Gateway Bank where he served as President.
Rick received
his BA and JD degrees from Wake Forest University. He is a member
of the North Carolina and Florida Bar Associations and is a real
estate broker licensed by the California Department of Real Estate.
He is very active in community housing partnerships throughout
the San Francisco Bay Area and the development of housing education
programs nationwide.
