Maryland Residents

The commissioner of financial regulation for the state of Maryland will accept questions and complaints from Maryland residents regarding CCCS of San Francisco, license number 14-03 at 500 N. Calvert Street, Room 402, Baltimore, MD 21202-3651; phone 1-888-784-0136.

 

Texas Residents

Texas Finance Code, Chapter 394, Subchapter A: Debt Counseling and Education requires that we notify Texas residents that; (1) We maintain a surety bond for consumer claims; (2) Either party may cancel the debt management plan agreement without penalty at any time on 10 days’ notice, and that any consumer who cancels an agreement is entitled to a refund of all money that the consumer has paid to CCCS of San Francisco that has not been disbursed; and, (3) The names of our principal officers are:  Joanne Budde, President; Ren Magat, EVP/COO; Rick Harper, VP, Program Services; Kenneth Crone, Board Chairman; James Hoffman, Board Vice Chairman/Treasurer; George Moody III, Board Secretary.
